Have you tried Google lively, it's new and it's a social virtual world sort of game where you can create your own rooms like in habbo with free furniture. It runs in your browser but you need to download a little addon. However if you're looking for the fun and games of habbo then don't try it, it's mostly adults who play it and they're no fun. Also since it's new it is quiet.
